Cancellation policy

subscriptions

when you choose "subscribe and save," you're signing up for a recurring order of lento chips that renews automatically every month until you cancel.

billing

you're charged at checkout for your first order, then charged again every month on the same date you signed up, at the subscription price shown at checkout (10% off the regular price). shipping is $8 per order. subscription orders of 6 or more bags ship free (standard shipping).

managing your subscription

log in to your account at lentofoods.com to skip a delivery, pause, change your quantity, or cancel. there's no fee to cancel and no minimum number of orders.

cancelling

you can cancel anytime. cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. if a renewal has already been charged, you can cancel that order until it ships; after it ships, our refund policy applies.

price changes

if the price of your subscription changes, we'll email you before your next charge, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

failed payments

if a renewal payment fails, we'll try again and let you know. if it still can't be processed, your subscription may be paused until your payment method is updated.
